Designed and launched fully operational makerspaces now serving 500+ students annually across Canadian post-secondary institutions.

The Challenge
Organizations knew they wanted a makerspace but didn't know where to start — what to buy, how to design the space, how to staff it, or how to build community around it.

A physical space alone doesn't create participation. Users needed to feel confident and capable before they'd engage with the tools and environment.
