A well-designed space means nothing if people don't feel confident enough to walk through the door. Workshops were the bridge.

A course only works if people can actually do something with it when it's over. That's the standard every curriculum I design is held to.

A makerspace is only as valuable as the people who feel welcome to use it. Both spaces launched and are fully operational today, serving 500+ students annually across two Canadian post-secondary institutions. Staff are trained and embedded.

Sometimes the most important work happens behind the scenes, helping an organization build the internal capacity to deliver on what they've committed to.
