The Challenge

MakeSpace for Art Society needed support meeting grant objectives while building staff confidence and technical capability. The goal wasn't just to deliver programming, it was to ensure the team could lead it themselves.

My Contribution

• Worked directly with the founder and staff over an 8-week engagement

• Delivered coaching sessions focused on building confidence and practical skills

• Facilitated technical demonstrations aligned to grant deliverables

The Impact

Staff gained hands-on technical skills and the confidence to lead programming independently. Grant objectives were met. The engagement was designed to leave capacity behind, not dependency.
